Our last zoo trip of 2010

Today we needed to get out of the house, and since there was mad rain throughout the city in patchy areas, Amy and I decided to hit the zoo with the overcast. Fortunately, it wasn't that hot, except for one ten minute time span when the sun contemplated coming out, but it chose to go hide some more. The five children had a blast and burned tons of energy. Sadly, since summer is here already, it will probably be our last trip there until the fall when the weather cools off.
